How to send a request
Email [email protected] with “Template request” in the subject. Say:
- what the book is for (for example, a bird-watching log or a guitar practice journal);
- what one page should hold — the fields, tables or boxes;
- the trim size you plan to publish in;
- a photo or sketch of a page, if you have one.
We read every request. We cannot promise to make each one, and what we make goes into the free library for everyone, under the same terms as the rest.
